Paula Solano Alpízar is a fourth-year Law student at Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho. During 2024, she completed an internship at Vanguardia Legal, an experience that allowed her to become familiar with the dynamics of legal work and the management of legal documentation. In 2025, she also participated in internships at other law firms, further strengthening her practical training and understanding of the legal profession. She also worked as a legal assistant at Invicta Legal, where she gained additional professional experience. She currently joins the team at Vanguardia Legal as a legal assistant.

Paula is characterized by her proactive attitude, responsibility, and organization, as well as her punctuality and attention to detail in the management of legal matters. She has a particular affinity for Labor Law, an area that has especially interested her during her legal training. Additionally, she has approximately a B2 level of English, which allows her to function adequately in professional environments that require comprehension and communication in this language. She is also known for her willingness to learn, contribute to teamwork, and continue strengthening her professional development within the legal field.
