Nicole Fernández has a degree in Law from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and is a specialist in Notarial and Registral Law, graduated from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (Ulacit). Nicole joined the Costa Rican Bar Association in 2015 and she has been licensed as a notary public since January of year 2019.

She joined VANGUARDIA LEGAL in the year 2022, however, her professional career began in 2015, when she began to practice independently. Nicole has extensive knowledge in notarial and registry law, intellectual property and commercial and business law for medium and small businesses.
