Álvaro Sánchez graduated from Universidad de Costa Rica in 2012, he has been interested in various areas of law. This is why he specialized in constitutional interpretation at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) and in notarial and registry law at Universidad Fidélitas. Álvaro, too, has a masters degree in Economic Development from the Universidad de Valladolid (Spain), which provides him with a comprehensive look at the legal world.
Professionally, Álvaro has extensive experience in criminal law, since he has excelled in positions of prosecutor in offices as demanding as the Organized Crime, Economic Crimes, Frauds and Cybercrime Prosecutor Offices, among others. In addition, he served as a Criminal Court Judge in various court circuits. He was also a legal advisor to the Ministry of Justice and, more recently, decided to practice independently as a trial attorney and notary public.
His academic training and professional experience make Álvaro a lawyer who understands the reality of different business activities and the internal complexities of public institutions. In addition, he has a tireless sense of responsibility, his commitment and his dynamism make him an ideal professional for the defense of his clients’ interests.
