Notary and Registry Services

VANGUARDIA LEGAL has honest, responsible, experienced and up-to-date public notaries in their obligations with the National Directorate of Notaries to approve notarial acts such as authentications, certifications, affidavits, sales of movable property and real estate, creation of mortgages and liens, incorporation of companies, cancellations of mortgages and liens, donations, full and unrestricted, general, limited and very limited powers of attorney, notarization of company minutes, notarial attestations, etc. Likewise, the members of the firm are experienced in processing and registering documents in the real estate registry, registry of legal entities and registry of movable property.

Corporate and Commercial Law

We offer comprehensive advice for small and medium-sized companies, from advice prior to the creation of the legal entity, the incorporation stage of the commercial or civil company, private partner agreements, company administration, reform of corporate bylaws, management of internal conflicts between partners, mergers, company transformations and dissolutions. Real Estate and Condominium Law
