Yajaira Villalobos obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2014. That same year, she joined the Costa Rican Bar Association, formally starting her professional career. In 2017, the National Directorate of Notaries authorized her as a notary public.

Since then, she has built her client portfolio independently, providing personalized legal and notarial services. Her practice focuses on civil, notarial, and corporate law, including drafting civil and commercial contracts, legal counseling for individuals and companies, incorporation of corporations, and registry processes.

In 2023, she joined Vanguardia Legal as an external attorney, strengthening the team with her experience and knowledge in private law. She also serves as a strategic partner in Monteverde, directly supporting local clients and promoting close, efficient service aligned with the firm’s quality standards.
