Natalia Rodríguez holds a Law degree from the University of Costa Rica, graduating with honors in 2010. In 2012, she also obtained, with honors, a specialization in Notarial and Registry Law from La Salle University. More recently, she completed a Master’s in Business Law at the University for International Cooperation (2022–2024) with distinction, further strengthening her strategic approach and ability to offer comprehensive legal solutions within the business environment.

She has been a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association since 2011 and a licensed notary public since May 2013. Natalia practices in the areas of notarial and registry law, commercial and business law—focusing particularly on small and medium-sized businesses—intellectual property law, and estate proceedings both judicially and notarially. She is also an expert in real estate and urban law, excelling in the creation, structure, and regulation of residential condominiums.

From the beginning of her career, Natalia has independently developed her client portfolio, closely supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in their legal processes. In 2023, she founded Vanguardia Legal, where she acts as Managing Partner. She leads with a combination of technical excellence, strategic vision, and human skills that have been key to consolidating a committed, multidisciplinary team.

Her education is complemented by the “Leading People & Change Management” certification from INCAE Business School (August–October 2024), focused on leadership and organizational change management. This, along with her character and vocation for service, enhances her leadership capacity within the firm and her role as a legal advisor in corporate settings.

Natalia has been invited to serve as a legal advisor to various board directors, providing a comprehensive legal perspective for strategic processes and decision-making. Her commitment to quality, professional ethics, and close client support define her practice and Vanguardia Legal’s culture.
